1-Year Warranty Grenco Science provide a 1-year warranty on electronic components. To qualify, you will need to register your device following the instruction provided with your device. Program includes the G Pen Elite Vaporizer™, G Pen Pro Vaporizer™, G Pen Gio Battery™, G Pen Nova Battery™, G Pen Nova LXE Battery™, G Pro Vaporizer™, G Pen Battery™, Original microG Battery™, microG Battery™, G Slim Battery™, G Pro Wired USB Charger, G Pen Gio Wired USB Charger, G Pen Nova Wired USB Charger G Pen Charging Kit™, Original microG Charging Kit™, microG Charging Kit™ and G Pen Wireless USB Charger™. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these products. · Email Grenco Science info@grencoscience.com from the email address from which you placed your order. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days to coordinate a replacement. After sending in your defective unit, please allow at least 7-10 business days for processing. You will need to send the defective unit back to Grenco Science using whatever method you see fit, and Grenco Science will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. · Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required for replacement at no cost. Without a valid proof of purchase, replacements will be subject to a processing and handling fee. · If item is a special edition or Artist Series that is no longer available, it will be replaced with a standard black version. · Almost all “Grenco Science” products for sale on marketplace-style sites like eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Alibaba and Rakuten are counterfeit products. Grenco Science cannot offer warranty service on any items from such sites. · Warranty is not applicable to counterfeit items. · Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces, tanks or coils. For sanitary purposes, please do not send any used tanks or coils. · Warranty is not applicable to merchandise. All merchandise sales are final.
