Yes, you’ll need to create an account to place orders. Creating an account is quick and ensures you can track your orders, view your purchase history, and receive updates easily.

Right now, tobacco products are only available for purchase in California. To be approved, your account must have a valid California tobacco license in good standing.

At this time, we cannot approve tobacco sales in other states.

If you’d like to sell tobacco products in California but don’t yet have a license, you can apply through the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA):

Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any smoking accessories, or related products from our store — even if they contain no tobacco or nicotine.

This requirement follows federal “Tobacco 21” law (signed December 2019). Many states also extend age restrictions to smoking accessories such as rolling papers, cones, filters, or wraps.

We use a third-party age-verification system to confirm every customer is 21+. During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide your name, date of birth, and address.

• If your information cannot be automatically verified, you’ll be prompted to upload a government-issued photo ID.
• Adult signature (21+) is required on all deliveries.

We take this step to comply with the law and to protect our customers and business.
