Yes. An approved account is required to view pricing and place orders. Please note that we are currently accepting wholesale accounts only.
To apply for a wholesale account, please fill out the Wholesale Account Registration Form and provide as much detailed information as possible. Be sure to have your business details ready, including your state-issued resale certificate number.
In many cases, we can verify your business information directly with your state, which helps us speed up the approval process. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and we’ll notify you when your account is approved.
Right now, tobacco products are only available for purchase in California. To be approved, your account must have a valid California tobacco license in good standing.
At this time, we cannot approve tobacco sales in other states.

No, we do not offer drop shipping. All orders are shipped directly to you, the retailer or distributor. You would then handle fulfillment to your customers.
No, we do not provide approval or assistance for selling on third-party marketplaces. Most of the manufacturers and distributors we work with — including HBI International and other suppliers — do not allow us to authorize resale on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
Many of our suppliers require direct authorization from them to sell their products on these marketplaces. If you’d like to pursue selling on these platforms, we recommend contacting the manufacturers or suppliers directly to request approval.
We currently accept payments through our secure online shopping cart. Simply add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your order using one of the available payment options displayed during checkout.
Yes. All orders require a minimum purchase of $250.
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked shipping boxes.
Yes. An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the delivery.
