Shipping:
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked shipping boxes.
Shipping transit times vary by carrier, destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information with the most up-to-date estimated delivery date from the carrier.
Please note that transit times begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery estimates may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, depending on the order.
If it has been longer than that, your order may be in review. Reviews can happen when payment information requires additional verification or age verification has not been completed.
Please check your email for any messages from us, as we will contact you if we need additional information to complete your order.
Expedited shipping starts once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on the order.
Please note that expedited shipping only changes the carrier transit time. It does not skip order processing, payment review, or age verification.
Expedited options, such as UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day, and USPS Priority Mail, refer to the carrier’s estimated transit time after the package has shipped. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed.

To apply for a wholesale account, please fill out the Wholesale Account Registration Form and provide as much detailed information as possible. Be sure to have your business details ready, including your state-issued resale certificate number.
In many cases, we can verify your business information directly with your state, which helps us speed up the approval process. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and we’ll notify you when your account is approved.
No, we do not provide approval or assistance for selling on third-party marketplaces. Most of the manufacturers and distributors we work with — including HBI International and other suppliers — do not allow us to authorize resale on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
Many of our suppliers require direct authorization from them to sell their products on these marketplaces. If you’d like to pursue selling on these platforms, we recommend contacting the manufacturers or suppliers directly to request approval.
We currently accept payments through our secure online shopping cart. Simply add your items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your order using one of the available payment options displayed during checkout.
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any smoking accessories, or related products from our store — even if they contain no tobacco or nicotine.
This requirement follows federal “Tobacco 21” law (signed December 2019). Many states also extend age restrictions to smoking accessories such as rolling papers, cones, filters, or wraps.
