RETURNS POLICY

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be unworn or unused.
  • It must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you ship the return within 14 days after the return was authorized. It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack, ship, and ensure the contents of all returned packages are sent using a traceable ground shipping method. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. After 14 days from the authorization date, the return authorization will be closed.

Original Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping costs paid in the original order are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the return is due to our error, in which case we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Damages and Issues

Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 48 hours or 2 business days from the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims after 48 hours or 2 business days and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us promptly. Please ensure that you retain both the packaging and the damaged items for the purpose of filing claims with the carrier or initiating the return process for a refund. We will reach out to you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with addressing the damaged items.We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it..

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.
