Before placing wholesale orders, all prospective customers must submit a Wholesale Account Application to Matchbox Bros LLC for approval. To request the application, please contact our customer support team at support@matchboxbros.com.

Wholesale Order Minimum

A minimum order of $250 (before shipping and fees) is required for wholesale orders.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are confidential and available only to approved wholesale customers. Please refrain from disclosing these prices to third parties.

Payment Terms

Full payment for wholesale orders must be made before processing and shipment.

Changes to Orders

Once a wholesale order has been placed and payment has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Authorization to sell on 3rd Party Marketplace

We are not able to grant authorization for resale on third-party marketplaces. This policy is in place because a number of our suppliers specifically require direct authorization. If you wish to obtain permission to list and sell these products on these platforms, we recommend reaching out to these companies directly to begin the necessary authorization procedures.

Termination of Wholesale Accounts

Matchbox Bros LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any wholesale account at its discretion, without notice, if it is found that the wholesale customer is in violation of these policies or engaged in unethical business practices.
