A minimum order of $250 (before shipping and fees) is required for wholesale orders.
Wholesale (b2b) orders, orders containing 1 or more products with wholesale pricing, or orders with custom quotes are excluded from any shipping promotions.
Wholesale prices are confidential and available only to approved wholesale customers. Please refrain from disclosing these prices to third parties.

Full payment for wholesale orders must be made before processing and shipment.
Once a wholesale order has been placed and payment has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Matchbox Bros LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any wholesale account at its discretion, without notice, if it is found that the wholesale customer is in violation of these policies or engaged in unethical business practices.
Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $250.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Your return request will be reviewed, and if it's accepted, we'll provide you with return authorization and instructions.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you of whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@matchboxbros.com for further assistance.
